Jude 1-4
Contend for the Faith

Have you ever felt the pull to just go with the flow? In a world where cultural currents are moving faster than ever, it’s easy to drift without even realizing it. But followers of Jesus weren’t called to blend in — we’re called to swim upstream.

In this message from Jude 1:1-4, Pastor Bryan unpacks Jude’s urgent challenge to believers:
“Contend for the faith.”
Not with anger… not with arrogance… but with mercy, peace, and love.

Using a vivid Montana river and trout illustration, we learn what it looks like to resist the drift and stand firm on the truth of the gospel. We discover two “legs” that help us stand strong against the current:

Identity in Christ — You are called, loved, and kept by God.
Character in Christ — Mercy, peace, and love should overflow from your life.

This message will inspire and equip you to stand firm with grace, courage, and Christlike character in a world going the opposite direction.
